Playing for Change

As most folks may know, Sam Cooke is one of my favorite musicians of all time.  I often just search for covers online to discover different artist’s interpretations of his songs.  Bring it on home, has always been a favorite of mine.  The organization Playing for Change was basically founded after the founder heard Roger Ridley of Santa Monica, singing a few years ago on a street corner.  While watching this video I couldn’t help but lose it whenever the girl in yellow starts dancing.  I am constantly amazed and in love with the human spirit.  Please check out Playing For Change and support their cause by purchasing a DVD/CD....  Definitely money well spent.
